At Lahore Mr Dildar Shah Guardian Judge No.1 Lahore Pakistan
in a Civil case proceeding on dated 1 November 2017 said extremely discriminatory remarks
toward Christian community and insulting Christian names,saying repeatedly a derogatory word 'Asai' similar to a pejorative word 'Chura'. 18 years of
my practice in law profession I never heard such discriminatory remarks
from a judge
toward Christian community. God gave me strength to defend my faith and community
and I made Mr Dildar Shah Guardian Judge No.1 Lahore Pakistan
realize of his discriminatory behavior.. Discriminatory behavior from such higher level clearly show that discrimination
towards Christians is now enhanced in Pakistani Society which is really
a dangerous and alarming situation.Now Judicial system in Pakistan is
also effecting with discrimination towards Christians in Pakistan.

Christians
in Pakistan are being treated as second-class citizens and a hatred
literature is being taught in educational institutions against
Christians and other religions. A educated class of Muslims also treat
them as a lower status citizens due to their faith and they are the main
persons responsible for spreading hatred against Christians in
Pakistan.
