Damage Evaluation, legal status of Jaranwala Punjab ,Pakistan Incident and Food Distribution among the effected Christians.

 

Jaranwala Police have registered 11 cases under terrorism provisions against more than 750 unknown persons. The police added provisions pertaining to vandalism, arson, and resistance in official matters in the 11 FIRs. After the registration of new FIRs the number of registered cases of attacks on Christian property has risen to 21 while 118 accused named in the cases are on remand and are already in police custody. Registration of 16 first information reports, including 11 by Jaranwala City and five by sadder police, the number of FIRs has reached 21.

2. 16 complainants include Shahbaz Masih, the administrator of New Apostolic Church of Chak 61 GB, Asher Masih of Satsangat Church in the same village, Javed Barkat Masih of Salvation Army Church in the same village, Hashir Ashraf, the administrator of Pak Khushkhabri Church in the same village, Naveed Mukhtar, the administrator of Peace Mission International Church of Chak 120 GB, Gulzar Masih, the administrator of House of God Church Chak 238 GB Makkoana, Muneeb Masih, the administrator of the Catholic Church in the same village, Adnan Michael, the administrator of KGM Church of Chak 126 GB, Fr Israel Peter, the administrator of Presbyterian Church in the same village; Shahzad Masih, the administrator of Hope for Life Church in the same village, Shafqat Bhatti, the administrator of Mission Compound Church in Muhallah Camp, Afzaal Masih, the administrator of Yahuwaeri Church of Chak 240 GB, Siddiq Masih, the administrator of Salvation Army Church in the same village; Adnan Masih, the administrator of UP Church in Muhallah Farooq Park; and Habib Masih, the administrator of Salvation Army Church in Asad Park.

3. Joint Investigation Team has been made for investigation of cases as under.

JIT formed for FIR 1261/23 comprises RO, CTD Faisalabad as convener, and members include SP Madina Division, Faisalabad, DSP AVLS Faisalabad, Inspector District Police Line, Faisalabad, Sub-Inspector District Police Line, Faisalabad and any co-opted member. 

JIT composition for FIR No. 1262/23

As per the orders of ACS Home, the JIT for FIR 1262/23 comprises SSP/RO, CTD Faisalabad as Convener, and members include SSP Layalpur Division, DSP CIA, Inspector, District Police Line, Sub-Inspector District Police Line, Faisalabad and one co-opted member. 

JIT composition for FIR No. 1263/23

JIT for FIR 1263/23 has the same composition as 1262/23 with one change in sub-inspector Millat Town replacing SI District Police Line.

The JIT comprises RO, Special Branch, Faisalabad as Convener, and members include SP. Iqbal Division, Faisalabad, DSP AVLS, Faisalabad, Inspector, District Police Line, Faisalabad Member, Sub-Inspector, PS Khurrianwala, Faisalabad and Any co-opted Member.

The joint investigation team comprises SSP/ RIB Faisalabad as Convener

Vandalisation, Burning of Churches, desecration of The Holy Bible, Holy Cross and Christian Colony in Jaranwala over blasphemy allegations.

Mob on 16th August 2023 in the City of Jaranwala District Faisalabad Punjab ,Pakistan vandalized , Burnt Churches, Christian Colony and desecrated The Holy Bible and Cross over blasphemy allegations. 

A mob of Thousands of angry men armed with batons and sticks attack churches in Jaranwala city Faisalabad District in Pakistan under the watch of Local police went to  the three settlements in the area, to lynch blasphemy accused who allegedly desecrated Holy Quran and burnt Churches and  houses in the Christian colony. Loudspeakers of Mosques were used to incite people and within hours the salvation Army Church one of the oldest Christian of the city was target, countless Holy Bibles and Holy Cross were burnt and desecrated.

Usha Eric's three children were facing illegal detention and were forced by their relatives to do illegal and unlawful child labor. Usha Eric's husband was ill have mental illness and there no one to support the family and rescue them so The Miracle & Hope Foundation Legal Team provided free Legal Aid  to rescue her children through bailiff and police at the order of District and Session judge Lahore. They also provided Usha Eric' and her three children financial help to start a new life to become a good citizen of the society.

Two Days National Training Workshop was organized by the Legal Awareness watch with collaboration of Marvi Rural Development and The Miracle & Hope foundation on Juvenile Justice Law at Lexus Grand Hotel Edgerton Road Lahore in which Kashif Alexander Advocate Chairman The Miracle Hope Foundation, Madam Nadia Hameed Advocate High Court Member Juvenile Justice Committee Lahore Lahore Bar Association, Madam Sadaf Yaqub Advocate High Court and Madam Sumble Munir Khokhar Advocate High Court along with official of Probation office, Child protection Department and police department from Punjab Government Participated in which different Government official gave briefing about the implementation of the juvenile law, child abuse and also discuss the problem faced by different official while implementation the law and its practical approach, training participant also express there views regarding the importance of the juvenile laws and it implementation and also appreciated the organizer for such fruitful training and at end participant also received Training completion certificate.
