Kashif Alexander Advocate High Court Chairman The Miracle and Hope foundation Pakistan was contacted by some source from Sheikupura and was told about the said case occurred in area/village of Nabipura district Sheikupura. It was told that the village Nabipura is under severe threats by Muslims. Advocate Kashif Alexander went there and contacted the police station Factory Area and also went to the court of Mr Mobshir Hussian Awan Civil Judge Ferozwala inquired the whole matter. Kashif Alexander came to know that Village Namely Nabipuar where the virk caste is in majority and youngster of christian and Muslim took pictures of the girls and women and post them on the Facebook and post humiliating remarks about the women,because of the these facts Usman had some quarrel with them on this issue of posting disrespectful comments about women, filthy, derogatory and shame full comments on such pictures, On opposition Usman was beaten and got injured ,he went to police station got medically examined and gave application for registration of case on dated 24-5-2016 same day Blasphemy case was registered againt him because his friend Asif Masih made an account on face book but somebody hacked the said account few months ago and posted some disrespectful remarks against the Holy Prophet but they deleted them but Muslim friends saved the remarks and gave them to the police as counter blast of the incident of fight and application filed by the Usman Masih the victim usman masih say "that he did not do anything", because we are in their friend’s list therefore we also got the same posts in our account. But we deleted those posts and did not showed it to anyone,but as the incident of the fight took place the complaint Mr Ahsan Asmat fled an application and registered the FIR No 744/16 against the victim Usman Masih, Remember the Identical Incident took Place in the Mandi bahauddin where whole Christian village Chak No-44 was threaten by Muslim Fanatics due to Material on social Media
Gang of men are involved in a shameful act and being a Human and Women rights defenders Advocate Kashif Alexander strongly condemn such acts just to save them self from such accusation and registration of the case of assault against victim Usman Masih complainant registered the said case. Usman is married and having 3 Kids namely Joyesh aged 8 years, a daughter Christina aged 10 years and Isaiah aged 3 years. Advocate Kashif Alexander is further awaiting investigation to help Usman. Advocate Kashif Alexander contacted station house officer of the Police station Factory area today but he said that once investigation is complete then he will be able to tell something about this case. Advocate Kashif Alexander is contacted by the family for legal Aid in the said matter further Development will posted.
