KASHIF ALEXANDER Advocate disclosed that the Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court had summoned all legal heirs along with eyewitnesses of the Kot Radha Kishan lynching case, These eyewitnesses and legal heirs were called to be interrogated by the prosecution lawyers. On this occasion, the defense counsel comprising Kashif Alexander Advocate High Court was also present during the case hearing the next date of the hearing was 22 June 2016 last opportunity was given to the prosecution lawyer for cross-examination.
KASHIF ALEXANDER Advocate High Court revealed that both eye-witnesses, Khurram Masih, Shahbaz Masih, and Iqbal Masih faced humiliation and blatant assault by the prosecution lawyers. He said that the prosecution lawyers physically abused the two eyewitnesses, while one of the prosecution’s lawyers even pushed and yanked his hair as well; to harass him and not to state the truth.
Seeing, this, the defense counsel’s lawyer raised an objection, and the court was requested to take notice of the behavior of the prosecution’s lawyer. Kashif Alexander Advocate High Court  Chairman of The Miracle And Hope Foundation Pakistan mentioned above has assumed the case as defense counsel from April 20. He says that from that time, up till now six legal heirs and eyewitnesses have been presented before the court for their cross-examination, more will also be appearing before the court during the next scheduled hearing which is on 22 June 2016 the case on Anti Terrorist Court.
